Hello, I paid for post to be published on different platforms and it has been over 48 hours but it's not published
How can you stop future event listings from being processed? How can you update/cancel event listings when your event is sold out?
Once an event is submitted for publishing, it is not possible to cancel the request because for most of these listing sites, your event is submitted for approval within the next 48 hours of your event's submission on EventBoost.
However, we'll still try to cancel and refund credits for those event publishers where your event has not been submitted at all. Please share the name of the event whose publishing you intend to cancel.
